School Enrolment

Because interest in Craighead is greater than the number of places we have available, it is advised to place your daughter on the waiting list as soon as is practicable.

How to Apply:

Step One

• Contact us by e-mail or telephone for a prospectus package.
• You will receive a prospectus package by mail including application form, fee schedule, etc.
• Or click on the link to download a printable Application for Enrolment Form.

Step Two

• Send in your application form with a copy of your daughter's birth certificate. This places her on our waiting list either for a boarding place, or a daygirl place.
• We will contact you the year before you have applied for a place to confirm your interest and invite you to our Open Day. Of course, you are welcome to attend any one of our Open Days.

Process

• If there are more girls on the waiting list than there are places, we are required to offer places based on the Enrolment Scheme.

Boarding

• Letters offering boarding places are first sent by the end of May. If you accept a place, complete the form and return it with an acceptance fee. This must be done within two weeks of receiving an offer of place.
• When all boarding places are filled, girls remaining on the waiting list will be contacted.

Day School

• Letters offering places in the day school are sent on 1st June for Year 7 and 1st July for Year 9.
• If you accept a place, complete the form and return it.
• For various reasons, some places do become available at different year levels, so contact us.
