That’s right NEW SEASON DATES – BONUS EXTRA TICKETS (nearly sold out)
The South Canterbury Drama League Junior Section are delighted to announce  NEW SEASON DATES for our upcoming Juniors – High School Production of Thoroughly Modern Millie
Don’t miss your chance to see South Canterbury’s top teenage thespians in action,  5-14 May (9 performances only)

Craighead Diocesan School consistently has a number of students represented each year with our Junior Section. Our largest school group this year is Craighead, which bodes well for the performing arts strength coming out of your school. They have been an absolute pleasure and credit to the school as we have come to expect.

THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, a 2 hour, Broadway Musical Comedy, has like everything else, been interrupted by Covid since rehearsals began just before the start of Term one. Working through rehearsals under red traffic light settings has required resilience and commitment, something your students have plenty of. Their dedication to the arts is worthy of being recognized and celebrated by your wider school community and they are very excited that their show is now so close to opening, albeit under strict social distancing, vaccine pass and masked conditions.

Here is the iTICKET link for ticket purchases and there will likely also be door sales: https://www.iticket.co.nz/events/2022/apr/thoroughly-modern-millie

Thoroughly Modern Millie is on stage at the Playhouse Church Street from 31 March – 9 April.
